On May 9/11 in Technopolis, more than 120 exhibitors of traditional Greek products will be waiting for us, offering the well-known level of quality and authenticity that defines each participation in the Festival “Greece, Celebration, Tastes” that is organized for the third time by Athinorama. More than 50 new producers have been added to favorite brands and products that we already know from their previous participations in the Festival and we look forward to trying both their renowned and new products. We present to you the very interesting products that will be shown in this unique festival-feast of flavors for the very first time, so that you are already informed and ready to taste. Get ready to savor pastries, cheese, cured meat products, pasta, olives and olive oil, microbrewery beer, drinks and wines, bakery goods, vinegars and herbs, nuts, coffees, jams and a lot of other creations of small, quality Greek producers in Technopolis.

One century and four generations guarantee the tradition and quality in this historical factory of Drama that has been operating since 1946, producing cold cuts with recipes that date back to 1916. Many more new products have been added to our traditional ones, compiling a long list of flavors that we will savor at the Festival “Greece, Celebration, Tastes -Spring 2014” at Technopolis. In our modern facilities with the advanced production line we make many kinds of pastourma, sujuk politiko, lots of sausages (among them the special Bursa Sausages, the Karamanlidiko beef sausage, Seferidis sausage) and cold cuts such as the mountain steak with aromas of thyme, sage, and rosemary, smoked bacon with oregano, beef tongue.
